Garmin Pays Employees Big Bonus

posted by MR WAVETHEORY at 11/01/2006 02:06:00 PM

Garmin (Nasdaq GRMN) is a paying all 4,000 of its employees 1 month of salary as a special bonus this year because it crossed its big hairy audacious goal of doing $1.5 billion in revenues. Call it an early holiday present. Garmin has the largest market cap of any company in Kansas City. Interestingly, none of the its execs made it onto the list of top 50 paid executives in Kansas City. What a great example of good corporate governance!
